Cancellation policy

OOEDO TOFU offers two types of purchases: regular one-time purchases and subscription-based purchases. Please review the following details carefully.

 

Subscription Purchases

When you subscribe, you will receive regular deliveries of our products based on the delivery frequency and duration shown at the time of purchase. Each order is pre-paid, and a new order is created for every delivery cycle.

 

  • You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.

  • To manage your subscription, please use the link included in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account page on our store.

  • After cancellation, please note that orders may still be generated for up to 14 days, depending on your next scheduled delivery and cut-off timing.

 

Regular (One-Time) Purchases

For standard, one-time orders, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a clear error or fault on our part.
