About Shipping

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver via Grab Express on Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are usually prepared within 2 business days.
You will receive a notification via WhatsApp once your order is on the way.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we do not offer time-specific delivery.
Orders are delivered between 9:00am and 4:00pm on delivery days.

Do you offer self-pickup at your shop?

Yes! You can choose in-store pickup when checking out.
Your order will be ready the next business day.
Pickup hours: 10:00am to 4:00pm (Tue–Fri).

Is there a shipping fee?

We offer free delivery for all orders—whether it’s a one-time purchase or a subscription.
The delivery fee will show as RM0 at checkout, and you can confirm this before completing payment.

About Subscriptions

Which areas do you deliver via subscription service?

Our subscription delivery covers the following areas:

Wednesday: PJ → Shah Alam → Setia Alam
Thursday: Subang Jaya → Sunway → Puchong → Bukit Jalil



If you live outside these zones, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Simply message us on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before your next delivery.
No cancellation fees apply.
